I hope everyone had a blessed and happy Thanksgiving. we sure did. I love Thanksgiving and all that it means. I'm so very thankful for so many things in my life, even though there are things I'd rather be able to change, my life is pretty darn good.
Today I wanted to share with you some of my supplies that I've gathered up for my December daily this year. I didn't buy any kits (even though I wanted/would have loved to) it just wasn't in the budget. But oh, seeing what some of the people have already done with the kits, just makes me wish I would have gotten one. But it is what it is and I've got soooo much stuff that I've had forever that needs to be used so I "shopped" my own supplies for things to use and I'm pretty happy with what I found.
This picture shows all of the stuff that I've decided on using or at least trying to use. I picked up the tray from Hobby Lobby and love it. It fits 12x12 paper and so much more.
I went through ALL of my paper and believe me there is a lot here and found some I thought would look good together and was Christmas-y. There's a lot and I doubt I use all of them, but I have options and that's always a good thing.I had the Dear Lizzy album already and decided to go ahead and use it instead of buying another album. I'm still trying to decide how I want to do the cover, but I'm leaning toward one idea. Hopefully it works out like I wanting.
I did sign up for the class over at Studio Calico again this year and got the kit that came with the class, I love this class and I'm excited to see how Stephanie Bryan does it differently than Maggie Holmes.
I'm excited to get started on this project again this year and can't believe that December is on Monday!?!?!?!? How about you, are you dong a December Daly this year?
