Project Life weeks 18, 19, and 20

Hello and happy Tuesday!! Wanted to share a few weeks of project life today to get caught up with sharing what weeks I do have completed and in my album. So get a cup a coffee and hang out for a bit.
Week 18

This week started out with our last night camping, then home for the rest of week. On Friday of this week our sweet, but crazy dog, Daisy was ran over and killed. We were both so very sad about it. I had to document it though, the good, the bad, and the ugly right? So now we just have Gunner. He's a little lost too without her.

Week 19

Of course this week started out with Mother's Day and on Monday we celebrated our 10 year anniversary. We lost electricity for a little while on Thursday night while I was right in the middle of make my nephews cake and cupcakes for his graduation party. Thankfully it didn't last all night and I was able to get it all finished. And of course the weekend was his graduation party and then graduation. How can I already have two nephews out of high school? Crazy I tell ya, crazy.

Week 20

This week was a good week. A whole lot of nothing mixed with a whole of everything. Going up to check out the lake since it was shut down due to all the rain and flooding we had, it was crazy how much water there was up there, hanging with David and Gunner on the back porch (have I mentioned I love that porch swing) girls movie night (kind of disappointed in the movie, but I think only because I LOVE the first one), more rain and kicking off the long holiday week with our first snow cones of the Summer. And ending the week at my nieces dance recital where we did nothing but make silly faces during intermission. A good week I tell you. That's all I've got for today. Thanks for stopping by.

This weekend

This weekend was pretty close to perfect. We both had three day weekends and the weather was great until last night when it rained, but we got the yard mowed before it started so I'm still counting it as a win.
A few pictures from our weekend.
- I may or may not have eaten the entire pineapple by myself ( I'll never tell)
- picked up some flowers because duh, I had a three day weekend
- printed off this super cute free Studio Calico print to start making our summer bucket list. (You need this print in your life just sayin).
- it's officially summer!! Bring on the sunshine, BBQs, family get togethers lake/pool days and snow cones. Let's do this! Happy Monday folks.

You are here

Since we've been back from vacation I've been working on my mini album and reflecting on our trip. I always have high hopes that when I start an album I'll get it done that day or at least within a few days. It's been almost a week now since I've started on this one and I'm not sure when I'll get it done, but I will get it done if I would stop dreaming about SC or about going on another adventure.

Pretty sure I was meant to be a traveler and see the world! 😄 Or at the very least go on more than one vacation a year.
Picked up these Heidi Swapp art screens before I left on vacation knowing that they would be perfect to use on/in the album. I used one on the cover of my album and one here on the picture. I'm thinking I might need all of them, they are so cute and super easy to use. Have you used any art screens on any projects?

Hello, South Carolina

We just got back from our vacation last night. We headed to South Carolina, Myrtle Beach and Charleston to be exact, with my brother, his wife and daughter, and mother-in-law. I loved both places. They each offered something new and different. I wanted to share just a few pictures from both places (since they will end up in my Project Life album and in a mini  album I don't want to share the same ones over and over). First up Myrtle Beach.
The weather was great the whole time we were in Myrtle Beach. Since its done nothing but rain and flood here for what seems like weeks and weeks, it was nice to be somewhere were the sun was shining.
The Skywheel was one of my favorite things we did while we were in Myrtle Beach.
We ate, beached, played mini golf, shopped, ate some more, did the pier, broadway at the beach, did helicopter rides, and just had a blast. I'll share some pictures from Charleston later. Hope your week was a good one and that the weekend is even better! Oh, and Happy National Donut Day!
