Meet Gunner

Our Lab, Daisy had puppies almost seven weeks ago, Labradoodle puppies and they are the cuteset things. I really wanted to keep the male, but I knew we'd be moving and wouldn't be able to keep him because I wanted to have him as an inside dog and I am NOT an inside dog kind of person. But for whatever reason I wanted a curly brown super cute dog. We already promised the two females to some people and was trying to decide what to do with the male. Well entered my mother to the rescue. She volunteered to take Gunner until we got the new house built and had somewhere to put him. Now keep in mind that we still have Daisy who has been an outside dog the whole 2+ years that we've had her and were trying to figure out what to do with her as well. My mom offered to take her to, but where she lives just wouldn't be good for Daisy because she will continue to be an outside dog and we were worried that she would run off. So enter my mother-in-law to the rescue who offered to take her (do we have the best mothers or what?). Although I think my MIL is gonna regret it after a very short time because Daisy is a handful, but we'll see.

For now until we get everything moved and settled both dogs will remain with us, so I've been bringing Gunner in after I get home from work to get him used to being inside and to try to help get him housebroken. So far so good, no accidents in the house. So double + + there. He really is cute and super sweet and has a great demeanour. Hope all goes well and neither mother kills us over this.
But isn't he the cutes, OMG!

Project Life Week 5 & 6

Welcome to Project Life week 5 & 6. In trying to get caught up on blogging Project Life I wanted to do two weeks today.

This week was pretty simple, not much going. Notice the movin boxes? Yep, we sold our house and are moving on to bigger and better things. Makes me happy!!

Week 6

This week was the week David was home so a little more of a busier week.

Of course he left on the 13th so he wasn't home for Valentines Day so we celebrated the whole time he was home. The little boy is our nephew, Nolan and he was praying before we ate. It's the cutest thing ever and he has to peek to make sure that your head is bowed or we have to start all over. So cute. I'll be back with week 7 soon.

Project Life Week 4

Welcome to Project Life week 4. this was the week that started off when I was in PA for a couple of days.

And it was super cold and got colder the longer I was there. But it was the perfect time for me to finally get to wear my fur scarf that I got a Target. When I first bought it I wasn't sure I would keep it, but I'm glad I did because now I love it.

Rounded out the week by getting boxes to start packing and a little shopping trip.

Hello Monday morning, here's to the start of a new week. And since its a holiday and I'm off work that makes it an even better start to a great week. I just wanted to pop in real quick to share another layout I did that was super simple and I can't decide if I like it the way it is or if I should add something else to it.

I did a quick layout to celebrate "love" day and wanted to share. When I started this page this was not what I had in mind for it to look like, but once I got started I just went with it and I ended up really liking it.  I hope everyones weekend is going good.

I love Valentine's Day, I always have. I love it even more when the Mr. is home. I love the fact that there is one day set aside for love and that one special person. What can I say I'm sucker for love (how many times can I say the word love?).

Made some simple cupcakes to take to work to celebrate "LOVE" day. They were yummy if I do say so myself.

Project Life Week 2 & 3

I'm back to share weeks 2 & 3 of Project life today.

I've been wanting a pair of Hunter rainboots forever and I finally decided to order some, but was not happy with the color. Online they looked way more purple which was what I wanted, but when they arrived I was not into this pink-ish color really. So sadly I'll be sending them back and trying to decide what color I want to order and try next. Green maybe?

Week #3

Our Lab, Daisy had her puppies this week and they are sooooo cute. It was also sad though, becuase she had eight and only three lived. But those three are doing great and getting so big. I'll share some pictures of them soon before they go to their new homes. Another thing to note about this week was that it was a beautiful blue sky kind of day one day then I woke up to snow the next. Crazy.

Packing, airports and planes. I'm off to work on some more weeks. I hope you had a great Monday. Don't forget Valentines Day is only a few days away. Are you ready?

Project Life Week 1

I wanted to share the first week of PL today. Yes, I know it's already the middle of February and I'm just now getting the first week posted. While I'm not all the way caught up I'm almost caught up and will hopefully get all the weeks posted before to long. But for now week 1.

I like my weeks to run Sunday through Saturday so my first week started on Dec. 30 when we were camping.

Weeks 3 & 4 are done and photographed, but I need to add a few things to week two, so I'll be back.
