Kickin' It Old School

We've been living in our new house since November and my scrapbook room/office is STILL a horrible horrible mess. And to be honest its getting on my nerves. Well to be even more honest the whole house is getting in my nerves with how dirty and dusty and much stuff we still that needs to be gone through. I've never wanted or needed grass so much before in my life. I am constantly having to dust and vacuum and I'm sick of it, but for now its what has to happen. I'm looking forward to having grass and my house being clean. I'm not saying that the house will be super duper clean at all times or even most times, but it will for sure be cleaner than it has been the mast several months.

Ok sorry, I'll get back on track. As I was saying my office is a disaster and I can't find anything and because of that I spend more time digging for stuff than actually creating stuff. So slowly I've been going through stuff and getting rid of stuff. Now that may mean its going into the pile to donate or to trash. And before I can get the room like I want and get new organization things in here I've GOT to get rid of some stuff or at least use up some of the stuff that I've been hoarding for years. Yes, you read that right, YEARS.  I've had stuff for several years that the package has never been opened. I totally blame that on my indecisiveness and not wanting to use any products because there could be a better page, or mini album, or idea to use it on later. Well NO MORE!! I'm done not using stuff and it just sitting there collecting dust, literally. And with that some of the stuff I've been hoarding is the first Dear Lizzy collection from Elizabeth Kartchner and wanted to of course show what  I did with the stuff.

First up....
A layout about my bike. It just seemed to fit and it was a Springtime collection which made it even better. I also created a mini album for Easter.
Both projects were super simple and easy to make. The goal was to use up as much of this line as I could on them and hopefully to use it all. While I didn't use it all I managed to put a pretty good dent in it, so I'm happy with that. I've still got a lot to go through and sort out and organization and get rid of and I'm slowly getting there. How do you keep from hoarding cute products?
