Project Life Week 11 & 12

Hello hello and TGIF!!! Boy who else is excited that the weekend is finally here? I know I am, but then again I'm always ready for the weekend. Wanted to share weeks 11 & 12 today to hopefully get kind of caught up on sharing project since next week starts Week In The life and that will take up all of my time . 

 For whatever reason week 11 had very few photos. Not sure if it was just a busy week or I just didn't feel like taking any photos. Either way that's how life goes sometimes. But that full 12x12 photo makes me happy so in the end I'm more than happy with how the spread turned out.

Another large photo to start off week 12 and I love it too. The weekend was pretty busy with taking some SR. picture for two of my nephews and fishing and riding our side by side. This spread screams Spring and fun and sunshine to me. Love it!!!! Tomorrow is National Scrapbooking day and I've got plans to hopefully get caught up on some more of my projects so that I can give my full attention to documenting a week in the life. One Little Word March

 Hey, hey happy hump day! Wanted to share my March One Little Word album today. The prompt for the month was to create a vision board. I went back and forth on how I wanted to do this. I thought I would do like Ali and some of the others in the class and do an actually board, but in the end I decided on something simple that I could just slide right into my album. Who knows maybe once we are out of the trailer and have more room I'll go back and do a board to hang in my office. But for now this is what worked for me.

Added the saying right onto one of my photos. I love doing this to make a big impact. I added the 3x4 cards to remind me to use my word, be open to my word, believe in my word.

To trust in my word, focus on my word, and to make my word visible. I'm really loving this class and the idea behind it. Looking forward to using my word the rest of the year.

Project Life - Week 9

Hello, Monday. Now that I've completed my Week In The Life album I'm playing catch up with my Project Life album. I know I've said it before, but man I hate being behind on this project or any project really. But life gets busy and hello if you're not living life then what to do you document?!?! Anyway I wanted to share week 9 today.

Week In The Life 2015 (Saturday & Sunday)

 Hello, hello and happy Saturday! I actually finished my 2015 Week in the life album!!!!!! Before the next on starts on May 9th!!!!! Ya'll I really am excited that I got it done. And I really want to go back and finish my 2014 album too. It's a goal of my to get it done by the end of the years.

I didn't do anything amazing with the album as you can tell by the rest of the album and I'm totally ok with that. At this point all I cared about was getting the stories and memories and our routines down in this album. So if you want take a minute to finish looking at what our Saturday & Sunday looked like.

Wohooo!!! So glad that this project is complete and on the shelf. Now that I finished it and looking back on my uncompleted 2014 album I've figured out a few things for this project for 2016 and I'm really looking forward to documenting a week in our lives this year. Not to mention that the super cute kit that I ordered from Ali Edwards will make it that much easier to help me complete it a lot quicker or at least that's the reason I keep telling myself that's why I ordered it. :) Are you joining in this year?

Seattle

 Got home pretty late last night from a girls weekend trip to Seattle where we had sooooo much fun!! It was our first time to go Seattle so we tried to make sure we did we all the touristy things. We missed a few things that were on our list, but we've decided that we'll just have to go back sometime.;)  Of course we hit up Pike Place Market numerous times while there. They have THE prettiest and chap flowers there!! If I lived in Seattle I'd have fresh flowers all over my house every week.

I have so many pictures that still need to be gone through and I need to decide how I want to document this fab trip. Have you ever been? What did you most enjoy about it? What is the one thing you would do again? What is one thing you wish you would have done?

Week In The Life 2015 (Thursday & Friday)

 Hey hey and happy FRIDAY!! I received my Week In The Life 2016 kit this week so I though since I had made a deal to actually finish my WITL 2015 before I even ordered the 2016 kit (and I didn't even do that) with myself, that I had to get it done before the end of the month, So I'm sharing Thursday and Friday today.

Most of our days are the same, normal, usual, sometimes kind of boring days. We get up, we go to work, we come home and do very normal things. While we don't live a life that always has something exciting going on, this is what our life look likes and I'm good with that! Only two more days to finish up with this album and then before you know it we'll be doing it all over again next month. Hope you have a great weekend.

Project Life - Week 8

Hey, hey welcome back. I've been having problems with blogger or my blog or maybe it's my computer or internet situation, who knows?? But I'm finally able to share week 8 today.

Once again mixing up the page protectors this week and I'm still loving it. 

I see that there is a pretty good glare on these pictures. Man I can't wait to get into some more space so that I'll have more options for trying to get pictures of my spreads. But for now I'm dealing with what I've got to work with. Now that there is still some daylight when I get home from work that'll help. Hope your have a great week!

Week In The Life 2015 (Monday-Wednesday)

Finally getting my Week in the life album from 2015 done! I'm still not done with my 2014 album, but now that I've almost completed this album I'm thinking I might actually get it done too.

 While this project is very time consuming I'm glad that I have participated in it for two eras now even though neither album was completed and the time.

While I know that my album is not very thick compared to others, I'm totally fine with that and I know that this one reflects a week in OUR lives. I'm not trying to compete with someone else in the number of photos they take per day or how thick their album ends up.

Wahoo thanks for hanging in there to the end. I WILL finish this album! And I decided that if I did in fact finish it, I would once again participate in WITL 2016 which is being done in May this year. Guess we'll see.
