I Want It Wednesday

Wow!! It's been a while since I did an I Want It Wednesday post so I thought since I came across something that I just HAD to put on my list (you know my birthday is coming up) that it was time for another IWIW. I started my photography class last week (and I LOVE it) so I've been on the look out for all things photography/camera related. I know I know I've already got several things related to this in the IWIW posts, but I love photography and all things having to do with it so I know that there will always be something that I want.

Anyway this week I came across this....

The Georgia- Nautical

How cute is that? And it's a Jo Totes bag. I have one Jo Totes bag the, Rose in Sugarplum and I love it. It doesn't even look like a camera bag and I even use it as my carry on. But I just like everything about this Nautical bag and I think I need it ASAP. As of right now though, it's out of stock, but I'm going to keep stalking   checking out the website and hope that they get it back in stock soon. And when they do I'll be adding that to cart before they sell out again.

I Want It Wednesday

I'm back with another IWIW. A few weeks ago I started walking and even did my first 5K. I did walk it not run it, but it still felt good to say that I've done a 5K and who knows maybe one day I'll even get around to actually running a 5K. We'll see. I am still walking because I have a goal that I want to reach and I'm trying to hang in there to see it I can do it (more about that when the time comes). So this weeks want has to do with walking and running.

I am wanting a watch that will help me keep up with my distance and time. I'm loving the bright color of this Nike one.

This Garmin watch is a little bit more expensive, but I like it too.

But this Timex maybe the way to go, since its the cheapest, for now until I see that I am actually going to use/wear one. I'm also on the hunt for a cute, colorful, comfortable, pair of running shoes to. So don't be surprised if that's not nex weeks want. Any good recommendations?


I Want It Wednesday

Another Wednesday, another want. I went shopping this past weekend and found two pair of shoes that I wanted. I was so bummed when they didn't have either pair in my size. I mean really, neither pair in my size? What the....  So since then I've been looking everywhere for both pair, but at this point I'll be happy if I can get one pair in my size.

These are Jessica Simpson shoes and I've been wanting them forever and they were finally on sale and NOT IN MY SIZE. But I haven't given up hope yet, I'm still looking. Of course they have the blue and green ones in so many different sizes, but that's because they don't rock like these pink and purple ones do.

These are Chinese Laundry and I LOVE them. They change color from pink to purple to blue and are SUPER cute. They'll go with black, purple, blue and I'm sure whatever other color you through at them. Gotta have these. I'm hopeful that I can find both pairs in my size and that they will very soon be on the way to my house. When I told the hubs that I had found two pair while shopping Saturday, but they didn't have either pair in my size I think he blew a sigh of relief that I didn't get to add to my ever growing shoe collection, but I mean come on babe you should know me better than that. Did you really think I was going to give up so easily on two fantastic pairs of shoes? No a chance. And while yes, I admit that I am a bit of a shoeaholic, I can't help it. When I see really like shoes (case and point the above photos) there is something that just says "you have to have those". I think both pairs of these should really be staples in any womans closet, just sayin'. Well I'm off to do some online shopping to see if  I can find either/both pair wish me luck.





I Want It Wednesday

This time last year I was on the hunt for a dress to wear to a wedding and was having the hardest time trying to find something that I liked. After looking for something forever to wear I found a dress and bought it, but really wasn't super excited about it. Well this year I have come across a dress that I am loving and have no where to wear it too.

I Wwant It Wednesday

I have been fighting with my paper cutter for sometime now and I WANT a new one. Not only do I want a new/good  one, but I want one that will cut evenly and be able to cut through paper, cardstock, photos, chipboard and whatever else I may through at it. I've been on the lookout for one that will do all of that and more and I think I may have found it. The CutterPillar.

All of the reviews are great and I think I need one. They currently are sold out (sigh), but hopefully they'll get some more in stock and soon. I've been added to the mailing list so that they'll notify me when they get some back in. I can't wait to to get one and try out it. I'm already excited. 

I Want It Wednesday

As I type this, I'm trying to talk my husband into letting me order it.  I mean it's on sale, it's free shipping, there is even an additonal 10% off and did I mention it's on sale?  Found this set at Sears. I've been looking for a patio set forever. Don't get me wrong I've found plenty that I've really liked even some that I loved, but just wasn't willing to fork up thousands of dollars on a set. But that's just me. Do you know what I could do with a couple thousand dollars? Well I do and it doesn't involve a patio set. At least not at this time. All the reviews on this were good, except I guess it's more on the blackish side than the brown that it looks like in the picutre. I'm fine with that. Black or a dark brown both work for me. It would be great to have this here by this weekend, but even if I get him talked into it, I don't think it'll ship that fast. Hey, I can wait a week or so on it to ship, I'm not too picking. (wink)

How about ya'll. Have you came across any great sets that are inexpensive?

I Want It Wednesday

I really, really, really want to take this class...

I love Karen's blog and her pictures. I've been wanting to take her photography class for a while now and I wanted to make sure that it made it to IWIW. And with my anniversary just a few days away I wanted to make sure that the Mr. has plenty of ideas to choose from (this being one). I took a photography class last year and learned so very much and since then I've tried to make sure that I only shoot in manual mode that way I have control over all of the settings. I'm glad that I took that class becasue I knew one of these days I would get to take Karen's class and hopefully I'd be able to keep up and understand. You really should go check her blog out, not only is she a great photographer she's very funny.

I had this on my birthday list and had it in my basket and was ready to check out and for some unknown reason I backed out of buying it. I still don't know why I didn't buy it, I've been wanting one forever. So here it is again on my list of wants. Maybe one of these days (hopefully soon) it will find its way to a new home, my home that is. It doesnt seem all that different form my mini Instax, but it really is. I can take a great picture with my DSLR and then print it and know that it will be a good picture.  With the mini Instax you get what you get. If I had know about this printer before I bought my Instax I would have bought this and not the Instax, but hey why can't I have both righ?

After I dropped the ball last week and didn't post an I Want It Wednsday I knew I couldn't skip this week too, or it would become a habit and I like doing these posts. I like going "shopping" for things that I am on the hunt for and posting them so they are all in one spot and easy to find.

This week I ran across this great camera bag and new that it would make its way into the mix.

 I just love this bag, it's super cute and has a lot of room on the inside. I have my Jo Totes camera bag that I've had for over a year now and still love, but I mean what girl needs only one camera bag right? hehe.  I think camera bags are like purses and you need more than one to spice things up a bit. I have a few other really cute bags I've come across, but I'm saving those for later. While I've been finding all of these really cute and versatile camera bags I've been asking myself where were all of these bags when I was looking last year? But then I decided that it doesn't matter, I've found them now.

I'm still on a mission for a new pair of rainboots and I love the Hunter rainboots. I love this pink color, but I'm even liking the yellow color.

Found both of these on Zappos.  But I wouldn't mind a pair of pretty teal or purple or red or green ones either. Just sayin'.

I've been wanting an iPad forever. It was on my birthday list and my Christmas list, but I ended up getting something else for both. The fact is I still want one really really really bad, so of course I had to put it on I Want It Wednesday. Gotta make sure the Mr. still knows that I want one. White, 32GB, and a cute cover. That's all I need! I've started my iPad fund which means I'm saving my pennies (and David's too). Here's hoping I'll be coming to you from my new toy in the very near future.

I know its nothing spectacular, but it sure would look good in my scrapbooking room with lots of colorful things shoved in the the shelves (hehe). I'm actually hoping this will help with that problem by getting me way more organized and cleaned up in there.  So this is for sure on my list of things for the next time I make it to Ikea, which is three, yes 3, hours from me. I know right!?!

I've been on a mission for a new flat iron. I've had a Chi for a very long time and have been happy with the results that I get using it, but it's time to try something new. And this is the one I want. All of the reviews on it was five stars, nothing but good things about it and the company. If you know me then you know my hair and you know that it requires time and effort to get the frizz and fly aways unde control. This seems like it might be just the thing to help me do that.

So these boots were brought to my attention by my sweet husband. Very thoughtful of him no? Well he didn't bother to check the price on these fantastic boots, but I did and I just can't bring myself to pay that much for them. So for now they are on my want list waiting for my sweet husband to buy them for me. (A size 9 babe)!!

I Want It Wednesday

 Hi and welcome back to, I Want It Wednesday. I'm really glad I started this series. I look forward to deciding what I want to add for the week. And this week is no different. This week (as will be the case in weeks to come I'm sure) is about some new camera gear that I want. I've got a fantastic camera that I've had for a year and a half now and I am still so HAPPY with it. It's the Canon 60D and it was money well spent. If I had to do it over again I would. Love it. But with that said I've only got two lenses to go with this awesome camera, the kit lens and yes, I know most professional photographes will tell you not to get the kit lens when you purchase your camera, but I didn't want to spend the money on a new lens right then. Plus this was my first DSLR camera and I had just invested a small fortune in it and wanted to learn how to use it before I invested another small forturne in a lens or lenses. After a few months of learning how to use and loving my new camera I invested in the 50mm lens and it is a great lens. I would recommend it to anyone. But the time has come for a new lens. And I've got my eye on two. The 24-70mm and the 85mm. I can't really decide which one I'd like first.

I Want It Wednesday

Hi and welcome to the debut of I Want It Wednesday. I'm really excited to start this project. To be able to have a list (of sorts) to keep track of the things that are catching my eye lately. Also to have a handy dandy list for David to be able to look up when tries telling me I'm to hard to buy for and he doesn't know what to get me. Well now he'll have no excuses for not having any ideas.  I've been seeing a lot of people use this machine and have loved loved everything they have done and so need/want one. Maybe it will be in my scrapbook room very soon. I sure hope so.
